  1. Return Time Limit (Policy Duration)
    You have 7 daysfrom the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange. After 7 days, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or exchange requests.
  2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
    You are eligible for a full refundor replacementonly under these conditions:
  • If you received a wrong productdue to an error on our end
  • If the product was damaged during shippingbecause of faulty packaging or handling by us
  1. Conditions for Return
    For a successful return, please ensure:
  • The product is unusedand in the exact same condition as when you received it
  • The original packaging, tags, and all included accessoriesare intact and complete
  • You provide valid proof of purchase(order number/invoice)
  • The product has not been damaged or had parts missing due to customer mishandling
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale or discounted itemscannot be returned
  • Perishable goods, intimate wear, gift cards, or downloadable software
  • Any product damaged after delivery due to customer’s fault

  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Return shipping costsare to be borne by the customer
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Once approved, we will notify you via email
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days
  1. Exchange (Replacement) Policy
  • We replace products only if they are defective or damaged due to our error
